# PosherVA Cloud FAQ

### Can I use PosherVA Cloud on my phone?

Yes. Open [cloud.posherva.com](https://cloud.posherva.com) in your phone's browser and sign in. There's no app to install. You can connect your closet, turn automations on and off, and check the Dashboard, Activity and Stats from your phone.

### Does my computer need to stay on?

No. PosherVA Cloud runs on our servers. Close the laptop, turn it off, take it with you. Your closet keeps working.

### Do I need to keep Poshmark or PosherVA open?

No. Nothing needs to stay open anywhere.

### Can I use the Chrome extension and PosherVA Cloud at the same time?

Not on the same closet. If both run, your closet gets twice the activity, and that looks like a bot to Poshmark. Turn the extension off before you switch. See **Switching from the Chrome extension**.

### Do my extension settings come over?

No. Your account and your plan come over; your settings and schedules don't. Setting them up again in **Automations** takes a few minutes.

### Can I go back to the extension?

Yes. Write to us at [help@posherva.com](mailto:help@posherva.com) or in chat and we'll switch your account back. Your plan stays the same.

### What about captchas?

Poshmark still shows captchas sometimes, as it did with the extension. When it does, PosherVA Cloud solves them on our side. There's nothing for you to do.

### Is it safe?

Any automation on Poshmark carries some risk, and we work to keep it low:

- Your shares are spread across the day in sessions that change from day to day, not fired in one long burst.

- Never run the extension and PosherVA Cloud on the same closet.

Your Poshmark password is encrypted and used only to sign in to Poshmark and run the automations you turn on. We never ask for your Poshmark password by email or in chat. More in [Connecting your closet](LINK:connecting-your-closet).

### Can I connect more than one closet?

Each plan covers one closet today.

### Which time zone does PosherVA use?

Yours. You pick it the first time you sign in, and your schedules and "today" follow it.

### What happens if Poshmark signs me out?

Usually we sign back in for you. If we can't, we email you and reconnecting takes about a minute. [Details](LINK:if-poshmark-signs-you-out).

### How do I cancel?

**Account → Subscription → Cancel subscription.** Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. A free trial ends on its own; there's nothing to cancel. See **Your plan and trial**.
