# Troubleshooting

If you are having a hard time using PosherVA, you can to the right place. *We’ve got you.* 🫶🏽

First, be sure that you have the PosherVA installed the extension correctly. Learn more [here](/en-us/article/install-the-posherva-extension-6nuqkp/).

Then, be sure that you know how to use the features correctly. Learn about each one in our [Help Center](https://help.posherva.com/).

If you are still having trouble, find below some troubleshooting steps:

1. Check your network connection
2. Update the Chrome Extension
3. Do a “hard refresh” on your page

# How to Update the PosherVA Extension

To update a Chrome Extension, click the puzzle piece icon in the top right corner of your Chrome Browser or visit “My Extensions.”

Then, toggle on **Developer Mode** in the right corner and select **update** on the top left.

This will update your PosherVA Chrome Extension to the latest version.

# How to Uninstall/Reinstall a Chrome Extension

If you are experiencing issues, you might also try uninstalling and then reinstalling the extension.

To **uninstall,** click the puzzle piece icon in the top right corner of your Chrome Browser or visit “My Extensions.”

From here, you can click **remove** to remove the extension from Chrome.

# How to Do a Hard Refresh

To do a **hard refresh on Chrome for Mac,** select the keys Command + Shift + R simultaneously.

To do a **hard refresh on Chrome for Windows,** select the keys Cntrl + F5 simultaneously.
