Account and billing information.

To view your next billing date, please visit your account at https://app.posherva.com/account. If you're currently using our free trial, this page will also indicate when your trial period is set to
expire.We will send you an email reminder three days before your payment is due to remind you of future charges.

Additionally, within your account, you will find a comprehensive list of all past payments. Each entry in this list includes a direct link to the corresponding invoice/receipt, allowing for easy access and review of your payment history.

Regarding the charges, please note that on your bank statement, all charges from PosherVA will be listed as charges from "PADDLE* PosherVA." This notation is due to our partnership with Paddle, a trusted payment provider, to process all customer billing securely and efficiently.


If you need to update your payment details at any point, you can do so conveniently from your account. Simply click on the "Update payment details" option to make any necessary changes to your billing information.
