How to Schedule Bulk Offers


Set your bulk offers to run automatically at the times you choose - even while you sleep! This guide shows you how to schedule bulk offers so you never miss an opportunity to convert likers into buyers.



What is Scheduled Bulk Offers?


Instead of manually sending bulk offers every day, you can schedule them to run automatically at specific times. Pick your preferred time and days, and PosherVA will send offers to your likers without you lifting a finger.


Perfect for:

  • Sending offers during peak shopping hours (even if you're busy)
  • Running late-night or early-morning offers while you sleep
  • Maintaining a consistent offer routine without remembering to do it manually



How to Schedule a Bulk Offer




Step 1: Open the Schedule Modal


  1. Open the PosherVA extension
  2. Go to the Actions tab
  3. Find the Send bulk offers section
  4. Click the Schedule button (next to the Start button)


Step 2: Set Your Offer Settings First


Before creating the schedule, configure your bulk offer settings in the main panel:


  • Choose your discount percentage (how much off the current price)
  • Decide on shipping discount (if any)
  • Select which items to include (all items, filtered subset, or from newsfeed)
  • Set your minimum net earnings (so you don't offer below your profit threshold)
  • Add any exclusions (skip newly listed items, NWT, or Boutique items)


The schedule will save a "snapshot" of these settings and use them every time it runs.


Step 3: Pick Your Time


In the schedule modal:


  • Select the hour (1-12)
  • Select the minutes (in 5-minute increments)
  • Choose AM or PM


Tip: Think about when your buyers are most likely to be browsing! Many sellers find success with evening hours or weekend mornings.


Step 4: Choose Which Days


Pick the days you want the schedule to run:


  • Select individual days by clicking on Sun, Mon, Tue, etc.
  • Or use the quick-select buttons:
  • Every day - runs 7 days a week
  • Weekdays - Monday through Friday
  • Weekends - Saturday and Sunday only


You must select at least one day.


Step 5: Save Your Schedule


Click Create Schedule and you're done! Your schedule will appear in the list and start running automatically at the times you selected.



Managing Your Schedules


Viewing Your Schedules


All your scheduled bulk offers appear in a list below the schedule button. You can:


  • Click on a schedule to expand it and see the details
  • View the last run time to confirm it's working
  • See estimated items that will receive offers




Deleting a Schedule


Click the X button next to any schedule to remove it. Don't worry - deleting a schedule won't affect any offers that have already been sent.


Changing a Schedule


Currently, to change a schedule's settings, you'll need to delete it and create a new one with your updated preferences. We're working on making this easier in a future update!



Frequently Asked Questions


Q: Can I have multiple schedules?

Absolutely! You can create as many schedules as you need. Just make sure they're spaced out enough that one can finish before the next starts.


Q: What if I have PosherVA on multiple devices?

No problem - our system prevents duplicate offers from being sent. The schedule will only run once, no matter how many devices you're logged into.


Q: The schedule shows "blocked" - what does that mean?

This usually means another operation (like Price Update or Relist) was running when your schedule tried to start. Your schedule will try again at its next scheduled time.


Q: Why didn't my schedule run?

Check these common causes:

  • Make sure you're logged into Poshmark
  • Make sure your computer stays on.
  • Verify the schedule is set for the correct days
  • Check if another bulk operation was running at that time
  • Confirm your Pro subscription is active



Tips for Best Results


  1. Schedule during peak hours - Consider times when shoppers are most active (evenings and weekends tend to work well)


  1. Space out multiple schedules - If you have several schedules, give at least 2-3 hours between them for larger closets


  1. Review your results - Check the "last run" info periodically to make sure your schedules are completing successfully


  1. Update your offer settings - Remember that schedules use the settings from when they were created. If you want to change your discount or exclusions, create a new schedule with the updated settings.
