If Poshmark signs you out

If Poshmark signs you out

Poshmark ends sign-in sessions from time to time. That's normal, and most of the time you won't notice: PosherVA signs back in for you.

Sometimes we can't, and only you can fix it:

  • your Poshmark password changed,
  • Poshmark asked for a verification code, or
  • Poshmark signed the closet out and we can't sign back in on our own.

When that happens, that closet's automations pause until you reconnect. Your settings, schedules and history stay as they are.

How you'll know

  • An email from PosherVA with the subject "Action needed: reconnect [your closet name]". It says which closet stopped and why. If the closet is still disconnected about two days later, we send one reminder: "Still disconnected: [your closet name] isn't sharing".
  • A banner in the app saying Signed out of Poshmark, Sign-in failed or Verification needed, with a Reconnect button.

We send these while your plan or trial is active.

How to reconnect

  1. Press Reconnect in the email or on the banner. The screen names the closet you're reconnecting.
  2. Enter your current Poshmark password.
  3. If Poshmark sends a code, enter it. Use the newest one.
  4. You'll see Reconnected! Automations pick up on their normal schedule. Nothing else changes.

Prefer not to click links in emails? You don't have to. Sign in at cloud.posherva.com yourself and use the banner's Reconnect button. It does the same thing.

Tips

  • Sign in as the same closet. If you see That's a different closet, the login belongs to another Poshmark account. Nothing was changed. Use the login for the closet named on screen.
  • Changed your Poshmark password? Reconnect right away so your automations don't sit paused.
  • The code didn't arrive? See Connecting your closet.
