Why relisted items under 60 days don't appear at the top of Just In

⚠️ Short version: Poshmark only puts a relisted item at the top of Just In when the original listing was 60 days old or more. If you relist a younger item, the new listing takes the old one's spot in your closet. To get the top spot, set Relist items by age → min to 60.

🔍 What you'll notice

You relist an item, and the new listing doesn't show up at the top of your closet or the Just In feed. It sits where the old listing used to be, often near the bottom.

The listing is live and published. Nothing failed, and this is not a penalty: your account is not affected. The item just doesn't get the "new listing" spot at the top.

🤔 Why it happens

Poshmark recognizes a new listing as a relist of an item you recently removed, even when PosherVA creates it as a brand-new listing. If the removed listing was younger than 60 days, Poshmark puts the new listing where the old one was instead of at the top of Just In.

Items that were 60 days old or more go to the top as usual.

This is how Poshmark works, and it's the same for:

manual and scheduled relists
every PosherVA relist option, with or without "Keep old likes"
relisting by hand on poshmark.com (deleting and listing again)

🚫 What doesn't change it

We tested this carefully. None of these gets a younger item to the top:

changing the title, description, price or SKU
editing, cropping or reordering the photos
waiting several hours between deleting the old listing and creating the new one

✅ What to do

Relisting from My closet: in Relist items by age, set min to 60. PosherVA then only relists items that will go to the top.

Scheduled relist: a schedule keeps the minimum age it was created with. If your schedule shows Minimum age under 60, delete it (trash icon) and add it again with min set to 60.

Selected items: in Select mode your closet shows each item's age in days. Pick items that are 60 days old or more. Select mode knows the listing date but not the time, so an item showing exactly 60 days can still be a few hours short. Pick 61 days or older to be sure.

💡 PosherVA shows a yellow warning in the Relist section whenever your settings, your selected items or your saved schedule would relist items younger than 60 days.

📅 How the 60 days are counted

The count starts from the listing you're relisting, the one in your closet today. If you relisted an item before, the count restarted on that relist. PosherVA's age filter uses the same date, so a min of 60 is all you need.
