If you are having a hard time using PosherVA, you can to the right place. We’ve got you. 🫶🏽

First, be sure that you have the PosherVA installed the extension correctly. Learn more here.

If you are still having trouble, find below some troubleshooting steps:

Check your network connection
Update the Chrome Extension
Do a “hard refresh” on your page

How to Update the PosherVA Extension

To update a Chrome Extension, click the puzzle piece icon in the top right corner of your Chrome Browser or visit “My Extensions.”

Then, toggle on Developer Mode in the right corner and select update on the top left.



This will update your PosherVA Chrome Extension to the latest version.

How to Uninstall/Reinstall a Chrome Extension

If you are experiencing issues, you might also try uninstalling and then reinstalling the extension.

To uninstall, click the puzzle piece icon in the top right corner of your Chrome Browser or visit “My Extensions.”



From here, you can click remove to remove the extension from Chrome.

How to Do a Hard Refresh

To do a hard refresh on Chrome for Mac, select the keys Command + Shift + R simultaneously.

To do a hard refresh on Chrome for Windows, select the keys Cntrl + F5 simultaneously.
